6. Retailer Content & Trademarks
CatalogMaze displays publicly available catalogues, logos, and promotional materials from Australian retailers. All retailer names, logos, and trademarks (including but not limited to Coles, Woolworths, ALDI, Kmart, Target, Big W, Bunnings, JB Hi-Fi, Harvey Norman, The Good Guys, Officeworks, Chemist Warehouse, and others) are the property of their respective owners. CatalogMaze does not collect or share any data with these retailers through the display of their publicly available promotional materials.
7. Data Retention
We retain anonymous analytics data for up to 26 months. Newsletter subscription emails are retained until you unsubscribe. Technical logs are automatically purged after 90 days. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to: (a) unsubscribe from newsletter emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in each email; (b) request information about what data we hold about you; (c) request deletion of your data; (d) opt out of analytics tracking via browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
